1600 calories is about where you should be to maintain. If you want to lose weight, you should be eating 1200-1400 calories.
Being a vegetarian, make sure you’re getting enough protein. If you eat fish (it seems like every vegetarian has a different definition of what vegetarian is), then eat fish at least once a week to get some protein, along with nuts, green vegetables like spinach and broccoli, etc.
Just make sure your diet is balanced.
I don’t even know the answer to that question. It’s still a debate whether or not you should eat back the calories to 1200, but I never do. In order to lose weight, you need to make a caloric deficit, so if you keep eating back to 1200, you won’t be making any deficit. So I don’t recommend eating them back, just make sure your eating enough.
It’s not necessary to drop weight before the surgery unless you want too. And if you have a good surgeon, they won’t make your boobs smaller than the rest of you. They don’t say, “Well, she’s a G, so let’s make her a B.” They don’t know what size you’re going to be. They do it based on your body. So if you want to lose weight beforehand, it may make them make your boobs a little smaller since you’ve lost weight, but otherwise losing weight isn’t a big deal before surgery.
It’s up to you to make your own motivation and to find the time to exercise and to eat healthy.
ASK!
Of course. Once you start eating better and exercising, you’re doing what your body is meant to be doing in order to be healthy. Healthy habits = healthy body, which will make you look and feel your best!
You answered yourself. “I hate it.” If you really hate your habits, it’s up to you to change them. Start off slowly. Make it your goal to eat 1200-1400 calories and exercise for at least 20-30 minutes a few times a week. Once you’ve checked off that for a full week, do the same calorie intake and bump it to 30-40 minutes of exercise 4-5 times a week.
When you feel like you want to binge, drink a glass of water or tea and munch on something healthy like baby carrots or celery or grapes. Take your mind off it by watching a really good movie you own. Or even push yourself to go for a run or exercise to take your mind of it.
Occupy your mind with good, healthy thoughts. :)
I don’t like Splenda because it’s not natural. Try Stevia or just use natural sugar. Or cut the sugar completely. Sugar in general, Splenda or not, isn’t very good for you, but if you require sugar for your tea, then just stick with something natural.
Doing them each once a week will work perfectly. It’s good to let your muscles rest between days, so doing arms+legs+abs every other day might wear them out. You’ll see results no matter which way you do it.
Who’s Hannah? Haha.

Awesome! :)
I have discovered the amazingness that is soy milk!
I know, so many people are offended by the word “fat.” Fat is not just an adjective, it’s also a noun, people.
It took me at least two months. I got stuck at 126 for a reaaaally long time. Don’t stress out about getting to a certain weight quickly. Focus on eating right and exercising enough, and your body will take care of the rest :) Good luck!
Aww, anon, you’re so naive. :)
Skinny fat is called skinny fat because it’s a person who looks skinny but who has no muscle and is made of fat. What else should it be called? Skinny blubber? Thin flab?
I think you need to tone up your attitude. :)
Yes! Of course!
Doing P90x Cardio the day after doing P90x Legs is harder than it sounds.
Ouchies.
