What are your plans for the Fourth?
Mine: Work out, go to work until 7 (boo!), then come home to a big party with our big group of family friends and swim and eat!

Of course! Bread and pasta are carbs, and carbs = energy! We need some everyday! I don’t eat anything white. I eat whole wheat pasta and bread. Just look at the food pyramid. Bread and pasta are great, but if you’re trying to lose weight you shouldn’t eat too much. Some bread in the morning and 1 cup of pasta for dinner is totally fine.

What is your least favorite fruit?
I hate cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, and grapefruit!
It may be enough calories to replace a meal, but it’s absolutely awful nutrition wise. It’s pure sugar, which is exactly what you don’t want when trying to lose weight. Cut out the sherbet and the splenda, for sure. Use yogurt instead. Yogurt might have a little more calories, but it’s infinitely better for you than ice cream. That will also knock out the need for milk in it too. Also, places like costco, raley’s, sam’s club, etc, sell big, frozen bags of fruit. Use more of a variety of fruit than just mango. I usually put in ice, yogurt, a splash of guava and mango juice to thin it out, and a variety of frozen fruits and fresh banana. No added sugar (except for the bit in the juice), and it’ll taste a lot better.
The ones I have are fat free too, and I’m someone who would rather have natural sugar in my body than chemicals, but that’s just me!
