Stress Eating
I have been a big victim of stress eating today.
Brownie and a mini bag of cheetos and a see’s? ah crap.
I’m not going to beat myself up because that’s not good either. I’m just gonna move on and remember that all this stress will be over after tomorrow, then everything will be back to normal.

Today's Workout and Intake:
Today my roomie and I did P90x Yoga. It must’ve got my metabolism going crazy cause I had my little protein shake, ate a yummy dinner of rice, chicken, and steamed veggies, then an hour later had a freaking amazing smoothie (pineapple, berries, yogurt, grapes). Then I let myself have a mini bag of Goldfish that have been calling my name for days now. Yummers!

Studying Tip!
Did you guys know that if you eat something rich and minty while studying, then eat the same thing during your test that it will help you remember what you studied?
Try Junior Mints, Yorks, or a strong gum! :)

I forgot to post my intake and exercise yesterday!
My workout was the POP Pilates Mighty Squat Challenge (I’m getting better!), the Yoga Belly 7 section of the P90x Yoga video, and 30 minutes on the elliptical, then some good stretching!

In only at 403 cals so far but my sugar intake is already at 52g. I’ve had Cheerios, yogurt, a banana and peaches. Apparently the yogurt in our caf is low fat but loaded with sugar. Today I just did P90x Yoga. It gets better each time. I really wanted to wear my HRM but totally forgot… Ugh.
After my protein shake I added my calories up and I’m at almost 1700 but my protein is at 110g. Still lower than I’d like though. Dear Lord. I’m just not used to eating this much at all. What’s weird is that I really feel like I didn’t eat hardly at all...

Today's Intake:
Today I did pretty good I suppose. I didn’t really need some of that extra peanut butter or the other half of that protein bar, but oh wells. I’m going to do P90x Yoga tonight so I need all the energy I can get. So far I’m at about 1400 calories and 57g of protein, and I’m sure I’ll have a snack after yoga. Probably either some popcorn or some protein and water.

Chobani Nonfat Greek Yogurt Review
I am not a Greek yogurt fan. I never really have been. But after hearing all this talk of how amazing Chobani Greek yogurt is, I had to give it a shot.
I went to the store and picked up the non-fat strawberry. I figured strawberry was the safest bet.
This morning for breakfast I added 1/4 cup of Fruit Not Fat granola and some coconut shreds into my yogurt. These were my saving graces....
