Oh gosh. I am so achey. I don’t really feel sore… I just feel like my shoulders and arms are aching. Oh, and I slept in until almost noon. I wanted to get up early but I think after such a hard day yesterday I just needed the sleep. Funerals are never fun :\
So today Jenelle is coming over again (she came over and worked out with me yesterday too) and we’re gonna workout. I think I’m going to start alternating yoga and weight training days so that my muscles don’t start giving out like they did before. So today I think I’m going to do yoga and some cardio :)

Today was my first day back to weight lifting in over a week! Holy cow. I’ve been doing nothing but yoga lately so it felt good to work on my strength again. But I’m going to keep up my yoga too. :) I’m prepared to be very, very sore tomorrow.
