Honey has many health benefits. I don’t believe in food groups.
Pretty much, but mostly because they gym here is full of athletes the majority of the time. When I go home for summer I’d like to start taking my puppy for runs and get back into heavy lifting.
The fact that I was really strong from lifting helped my practice advance pretty quickly. I was doing arm balances and inversions within weeks, and for some people that can take years.

Absolutely not. I am not fat shamer.
However. I do feel bad for them in a way, but I think it’s inevitable, you know? Like, I would never use the word “disgust,” but being healthy is such a wonderful feeling. And I use the word healthy instead of “thin” or “fit” because health isn’t based off size or appearance.
So I would say that it makes me sad to see overweight people that are still young (50 and under) that need to use a cane, a wheelchair, struggle walking two miles an hour, breathe loudly from pressure on their lungs, and basically just struggle with tasks that should be done simply and without even thinking. That just doesn’t seem like any happy way to live to me!
And of course, before I get attacked, I obviously know that some people have health issues that cause people to gain weight/not be able to lose weight/blahblahblah. I’m talking about people who would rather eat and sit on the couch than play in the park with their kids or go on walks with friends.
This is part of the reason I wanted to become a nutritionist. So that I could help people make simple, better life choices so that they can live their life to their fullest potential. Because we really do only live once.

Really American Eagle? Really? I can barely get these on over my hips and butt, and when I finally do, they’re so huge in the waist they need to be pulled up with every step I take.
Y U NO CATER TO GURLS WITH BOOTIES?
awkwardly reblogged a hilarious cat gifset to my fitness blog instead of my personal.
oops. heheheheheheehehehe
Portion it out into reasonable sizes in little baggies, and have one baggie a day! :)
I forgot I had a chocolate bunny still until now.
Half of that bunny is now missing.
I’ve just reached 3,000 followers :) I cannot believe it. You guys don’t understand how much I appreciate all of you who take the time to follow me. xx
Kaylie, but you were close haha.
I do them in my room, in my class, or in a studio, considering I pretty much only do yoga right now.
At home, I’m lucky enough to have a home gym. After my dad had cancer my parents went insane on being healthy. I remember being a kid and not understand what “organic” meant so I hated that suddenly everything in the house had to be it haha! And personally home gyms save money overtime. Gym memberships are crazy expensive!!!
Of course it is. There are endless amounts of things you can do at home. Yoga, pilates, weight lifting, bike riding, roller blading, dog walking, running, hula hoop, jump rope…
Do whatever you think is best for your body. This is why fitness “programs” are dumb. Not everyone is on the same level, and programs are designed for just that! If you’re feeling too tired and unmotivated because it’s too much, there’s not problem with taking it down a notch.
I’m glad you liked it! It’s such a fun hobby! I miss it so much!
Then begin! Get a gym membership, or start doing yoga or pilates! Buy some free weights! Google some exercises for each part of your body then make plans for each day!
