“I'm currently 125lbs and 5'0, but I have a huge gut. I'm pretty sure that it's all belly fat. I've been working out for the past month, doing cardio and lifting weights. I eat clean and have sweets in small increments. I still haven't seen any change, I'm still 125 and still have a belly. How do I stay motivated and have patience?”
I answered pretty much this identical question just a minute ago haha!
I was in the same situation a few months ago, but by increasing my weights gradually full body I think that eventually gave my body the push to start burning belly fat. So keep lifting heavy, full body, eating healthy, and doing moderate cardio and with some patience and time you’ll be gold!
