“Hello! I am the girl who asked about why i wasn't losing weight because of my PCOS. Anyway i thought i would check in and let you know that when i visited my endocrinologist i had lost 3 lbs! I think the problem is that i was weight lifting too much and so i wasn't seeing as much progress because i was putting on a lot of weight in muscle...typically this isnt a problem for females but my bloodwork showed that my testosterone levels had skyrocketed and were super high (a common symptom of PCOS)”
Woah I don’t know whether to say congrats or omg! haha! That’s awesome that you lost three pounds and your gaining muscle! Muscle is the fountain of youth! Like I said I know nothing about PCOS but I hope that the testosterone levels things isn’t serious and that you can keep up the working out!
