Try these mantras when you you’re feeling less than confident:
- My body is perfect.
- I am the same amazing person whether I’ve put on 10 pounds or lost them.
- I will own my power and shape and use it to inspire confidence.
- Beauty lies in the eyes of the beholder, and I think I rock.

OH OF COURSE KATHRYN BUDIG IS GOING TO BE IN SAN DIEGO WHEN I’M HOME FOR SUMMER ARGHHH!
Please come to SF, Kathryn!!!

So Kathryn Budig has been my yoga instructor since I started using Yogaglo. I am not even exaggerating when I say this woman has changed my life. Her wisdom, use of laughte,r and light heartedness during classes is absolutely awesome, and each class she gives me a new way to look at life and different situations. I’d love to meet her one day and thank her for the amount of joy and light she has given me.
So glad I got the trial. Kathryn Budig is the only teacher I’ve used but I know she’s my favorite already. I love her.
