Are You Hard Wired to Hate Exercise?
When you play Animal Crossing for too long the townsfolk start telling you to get off and take a break.
The 3DS also has a pedometer feature and the more steps you take the more player coins you earn.
So I’m sitting here shaking my 3DS with my hand so I can get player coins to buy a fortune cookie in Animal Crossing.

No Equipment, No Excuses: Workouts You Can Do With No Equipment

- Body weight exercises
I lost my first 6lbs through nothing but roller blading around my neighborhood with my mom and my dog and had so much fun doing it.
So please, no more excuses.
It’s been a long journey. My highest was around 140lbs, and now I’m around 110-113lbs. Healthy diet, lots of lifting, and lots of yoga. Still working too :)
from flat ass to dat ass.
Things are going amazing! For those of you who don’t know, I gave up sugar (focusing on the treats on my two jobs: gelato and froyo) for “lent” (quotes because I’m not catholic, it’s just a challenge!).
So far things have been great! I haven’t had any refined sugar since besides niblets of dark chocolate here and there. I honestly don’t even crave sugar anymore. At my gelato job the other day it didn’t even phase me when my coworkers were shoveling gelato in their mouths and I was eating carrots sticks and a protein bar. I feel so good. So energized, so healthy.
I haven’t felt hungry in days. I haven’t felt full in days. I’ve gotten into a good habit of eating when I’m supposed to and not over eating. I just had quinoa with mushrooms and talapia with baked veggies (broccoli, green beans, and asparagus) on the side. Super healthy and delicious. Got plenty of calories without feeling too full and tons of healthy fatty acids in the olive oil and fish.
I just feel so good. I love not craving sugar. I still crave chocolate, but literally a bite of 64% dark chocolate is totally satisfying. To keep myself from craving sugar I’ve been eating granola bars that taste sweet (but have low sugar) and tonnsss of fruit. I have half a mango for breakfast, 1/4 of it in a smoothie today, and the other 1/4 with dinner.
So that’s my little update! Between my much improved diet and doing more yoga lately, I’m definitely seeing improvements!
Hope you all are well xx

I DON’T KNOW WHICH COLOR I SHOULDER GET HELP :(?
yeah i know i decide to customize shoes and this is what i come up with but i like grey+color okay
No words can describe my hatred for the term “clean eating.”
Here is my first Dorm Bites videos! They will be a series of yummy, simple recipes any college student can make in their dorm room or dorm’s kitchen; or just for anyone who wants quick and easy recipes for on the go!
Sorry for my sickness in this video. I feel horrible today and not even makeup could cover that up.
So I want a pair. My running shoes are huge, heavy, and stiff and make running difficult for me. I really want to go to the Color Run in SF on March 2 so I’d like to start running to prep for it.
But looking at the Nike website there are so many different kinds. I definitely want Frees because I’d rather have a more barefoot kind of run. I need arch support because I have super high arches, but other than that I don’t have any foot issues. I also have inserts for that anyways.
Any recommendations? What’re your favorite type of Nikes?
