This last yoga/sculpt class KICKED MY ASS. We did a ton of leg work in yoga (warriors, twists, horse pose) then did a jillion push ups and tricept push ups and shoulder raises and tricep dips and more lunges and squats and my body is crying and rejoicing at the same time okay shower time bye

It’s been a long journey. My highest was around 140lbs, and now I’m around 110-113lbs. Healthy diet, lots of lifting, and lots of yoga. Still working too :)

I couldn’t get the backbend as deep as I can with a wall, but hey, I’m glad I’m making progress with balance!
So I guess you can say I’ve made progress. :)
Before: 118.5 lbs, strict cardio and 1200 calorie diet
After: 112 lbs, heavy lifting (and squatting), yoga, minimal cardio, 1500-2000 calorie diet.
You know, sometimes when you can’t sleep you just gotta unroll your mat and go upside down for a while.
Mmmm. Camel is by far my favorite pose.
