It’s live, ya’ll, go check it out!
Facebook.com/kayliesclothes
Selling clothes that are now too big for me so that I can afford new ones! I have donated clothes that have been worn, but the majority of these are brand-spanking new and hardly/never worn! Check it out if you’re interested :) Tons of Urban Outfitters and American Eagle stuff!
Just know that by putting “dibs” on an item that commits you to buying that item and paying a few extra dollars for shipping depending on location (I’m in US) and weight of the item. HOWEVER, if somebody else has already put dibs on something you like, just put that you would be interested as well just in case a personal friend tries that item on in person and ends up not liking it!

Dinner :)
another grocery haul srry.
I’m so proud of my boyfriend. I feel like whenever some one I know tries yoga and they don’t like it, I feel bad. I hated yoga when I first tried it a long time ago. So when my boyfriend started getting into yoga I was really worried he wouldn’t like it, or wouldn’t get that “feeling” me and other yogis get after it.
Anyways, last night he was going on and on about what a good practice he had. He said he felt so good, and this may be TMI for some (but it’s totally true), that it feels like pleasure. I mean, yoga is not only endorphin releasing, but it gets you in tune with so many new muscles in your body (and yes, a lot of them are sex muscles haha).
I’m just so excited for him and how much he loves yoga too. He always tells me his yoga mat and towel were some of the best presents he’s gotten, and that makes me so happy. I’m suuuuch a lucky girl to have such a BABE boyfriend. He keeps saying how he wants to do yoga everyday over break.
namaste ~

This last yoga/sculpt class KICKED MY ASS. We did a ton of leg work in yoga (warriors, twists, horse pose) then did a jillion push ups and tricept push ups and shoulder raises and tricep dips and more lunges and squats and my body is crying and rejoicing at the same time okay shower time bye
enjoy my face
Hi New Followers! :)
It’s been a long journey. My highest was around 140lbs, and now I’m around 110-113lbs. Healthy diet, lots of lifting, and lots of yoga. Still working too :)

Went to Sprout’s and got some yummy roasted salted carrot chips and more kombucha.
DID YOU KNOW KOMBUCHA IS AROUND 1% ALCOHOL
PARTY TIME!
Things are going amazing! For those of you who don’t know, I gave up sugar (focusing on the treats on my two jobs: gelato and froyo) for “lent” (quotes because I’m not catholic, it’s just a challenge!).
So far things have been great! I haven’t had any refined sugar since besides niblets of dark chocolate here and there. I honestly don’t even crave sugar anymore. At my gelato job the other day it didn’t even phase me when my coworkers were shoveling gelato in their mouths and I was eating carrots sticks and a protein bar. I feel so good. So energized, so healthy.
I haven’t felt hungry in days. I haven’t felt full in days. I’ve gotten into a good habit of eating when I’m supposed to and not over eating. I just had quinoa with mushrooms and talapia with baked veggies (broccoli, green beans, and asparagus) on the side. Super healthy and delicious. Got plenty of calories without feeling too full and tons of healthy fatty acids in the olive oil and fish.
I just feel so good. I love not craving sugar. I still crave chocolate, but literally a bite of 64% dark chocolate is totally satisfying. To keep myself from craving sugar I’ve been eating granola bars that taste sweet (but have low sugar) and tonnsss of fruit. I have half a mango for breakfast, 1/4 of it in a smoothie today, and the other 1/4 with dinner.
So that’s my little update! Between my much improved diet and doing more yoga lately, I’m definitely seeing improvements!
Hope you all are well xx

Oh yeah, and this happened yesterday.

Gonna live in these babies.
Hi guys.
I don’t even know where to begin when it comes to describing Jen. She is just phenomenal. She shines her amazing light on everyone she meets. She one of the most positive, optimistic, amazing human beings I’ve ever had the pleasure of knowing.
This is Jen’s cancer fight:
In 2008, at 32, Jennie was diagnosed with a glandular form of cervical cancer while pregnant with her son, Liam. Jen delivered Liam at 32 weeks (8 weeks early), had chemo and radiation and then had a total hysterectomy. In 2011, she began to have breathing problems and found that the cancer had metastasized to her lungs. Both of Jennie’s lungs were riddled with aggressive adenocarcinoma, the same cells that she’d had before.
Jen went through a six month treatment with good response, but a couple months after treatment ended her tumor markers began to increase rapidly. Genetic testing shows signs that treatment with Herceptin (a type of IV infusion) could be extremely helpful. However, her insurance company will not authorize this treatment for cervical adenocarcinoma in the lungs. Gotta love insurance companies!! She feels she’s responding to her current treatment, but at a much slower rate than with the treatment she had last year.
All diagnosis-talk aside, Jennie is upbeat and fearless, and has kept her sense of humor at every turn. When she started chemo, she entertained her Facebook friends with pictures of her weekly haircuts (looking beautiful in every hairstyle) leading up to the finale of shaving her head bald when it started falling out. She also threw a “Jen’s Wigging Out” party where everyone brought a wig to add to her collection. Jen decided she’d embrace the opportunity to change her look every day. That’s one glimpse of how strong Jen is, and how she sees this cancer as a challenge; one she can win!! She accepts every new day with her husband Matt, and son Liam as a blessing.
Every aspect of illness is costly. Not only financially; but mentally and emotionally. As her friends, we all do our best to help Jennie in her daily fight to stay positive. But to continue treatment, her family needs financial help. Please donate what you can (ANY amount is appreciated) and forward this to anyone and everyone you know. If you can’t help financially, we understand. But please pass this on. You will be going a long way to help an amazing family and a beautiful human being fight her way back to health.
Update – as we were preparing to launch this fundraiser, Jen had a checkup with her oncologist. On Wednesday, January 30th, Jen found out that the cancer had spread to her brain and is now preparing to begin a course of radiation therapy to target these tumors. In true Jen-style, she continues to be optimistic.
If you cannot give a donation, which is entirely understandable and not expected, please, please spread the word about how wonderful of a person Jennie is so that other’s may feel it in their hearts to donate.
If you live in the Sacramento/Bay Area, Jen has her own business, Skin Care by Jen, and she can give you the most wonderful facial and/or eyebrow waxing ever, which will also help her pay her medical bills.
Thank you so much for your time if your read/reblogged this. I appreciate it so much.
Please reblog!<3
I’LL GIVE YOU A HINT IT’S ME OMYGOSH.
Last night at midnight my boyfriend and I celebrated his birthday over Skype. I let him open his presents right after midnight. I gave him a Manduka Pro Lite mat (just like mine :)) and a Manduka towel for hot yoga.
He loved it all so much. I haven’t seen him smile that big and that much in so long.
Yoga couples are the happiest couples. :)
