What’s your favorite/biggest weakness holiday food/dessert?
I can’t pick just one! Ugh! I have a huge weakness for caramel corn. But every year my family and my cousins get together and spend all day baking loads of cinnamon rolls from scratch and they are absolute heaven.

What is your favorite healthy food/meal to eat?
I love anything with chicken and broccoli! Probably two of my favorite foods! I have a great garlic chicken recipe and an awesome broccoli beef recipe that I love to eat when I’m home!
Also, no better breakfast than wheat toast, with a little butter, and scrambled eggs :)
What is(are) your favorite song(s) to listen to while working out?
Anything angry/loud with a good guitar solo or something with a really good, fast beat. Ideal songs are ones that are slower, then get a lot faster/louder at the chorus so I can do HIIT to them. ;) Basically anything that’s NOT slow or quiet, haha!
What is your go-to workout?
For me it’s either a cardio machine (usually the elliptical) or doing butt/leg/ab work!
What are your main fitness goals?
Flat tummy (has always been my problem spot, even when I was a twig growing up), narrower hips (thank you, Italian genes), and a super nice ass.
What’s a healthy food that you just flat out dislike, but wish you did for its health benefits?
For me it’s nuts (allergic to most), fish (besides tuna), beans, and several other veggies that I think are just gross!
What is your favorite brand of workout clothing?
Mine: Champion, for sure.
I sure am! I want “Strong is the new skinny” first, and I’ll try and collect some more later.
Which one do you want most?
What’s your favorite part about exercising?
Mine is definitely the feeling afterwards. It’s like safety. Now I won’t feel guilty about eating maybe a little more than I should or having a piece of cake at a party. For me, exercise is security. Not to mention it just makes me feel great!
What are your favorite work out classes?
I love Zumba and a class called Straight Up Strength, which is basically just weights and squats, etc to very loud, fun music!
If you have one, which gym are you a member to?
Me: I have almost a full gym upstairs in my house, but I’m getting a membership to In-Shape for the rest of the summer so I can take a bunch of fun workout classes like Zumba and yoga!
What is your least favorite vegetable?
Mine: Asparagus, peas, and cucumber are the only three that come to mind for me right now! I actually haven’t tried a lot of vegetables!
