What are your plans for the Fourth?
Mine: Work out, go to work until 7 (boo!), then come home to a big party with our big group of family friends and swim and eat!
What is your least favorite fruit?
I hate cantaloupe, honeydew, blueberries, and grapefruit!
What is your ultimate goal weight?
Mine is 115 lbs! I’m only 1.5 pounds away! Once I hit it, I’m going to focus on lots of toning!
What is your food weakness?
Mine are pasta, bread things (garlic bread, bagels, etc) and salty, fatty chips like Hot Cheetos and Salt & Vinegar Lays… Mmm!
What is(are) your favorite vegetable(s)?
Mine are potatoes, corn, carrots, artichokes, lettuce and cabbage!
What is(are) your favorite fruit(s)?
I love cherries, watermelon, strawberries, bananas, oranges, plums, nectarines, and peaches! I love fruit!
Do you exercise even on holidays?
I do! Even Christmas! I actually enjoy working out and the energy it gives me, so working out on holidays puts me in a cheery mood.
What is(are) your favorite exercise(s)?
Ballet and swimming, for sure!
What is your favorite healthy & not-so-heathy breakfasts?
Mine: Healthy would have to be toast and eggs! Mmm! Non-healthy wold definitely be either pancakes/waffles drenched in butter and syrup, or cinnamon rolls!
What is your favorite low-cal snack?
Mine are Swiss Miss 100-cal fudgsicles. They taste AMAZING, and are the perfect chocolate-craving-kicker!
