So please, no more excuses.

ow. i’m tired. exhausted. chugging my protein and hopping in the shower. I’ve got 4.5 hours of work ahead of me tonight!
My boyfriend and his boxer Bella joined us on a walk around Peña Adobe (a lake/hill trail thing). We just went around the lake which is slightly more than a mile, but we also kept running in zig zags, running in the open fields, and we even let them play in the dog park for a while but little Minnie got chicken after a while. It was fun and relaxing and a pretty good workout! We’re all pooped from running all over the place.

daily douche pic woo!
loving my back progress :)

Short workout today. I have to go meet a friend in an hour so I gotta hurry up and shower! It surprisingly felt really good to do a really good and sweaty cardio workout again. I had sweat dripping down me like crazy. I need to start doing cardio more than I have been. Weight lifting is just so much more enjoyable :( bleh!

My cat refuses to be petted unless I’m in the middle of a workout.

30 Day Shred in a few seconds :)
By the way, I actually like my stomach rolls :3 They’re not as bulging as they used to be, and got quite cute and sexy.
Stomach rolls are sexy ;3

- POP Pilates Mighty Squat Challenge
- POP Pilates Hot Abs (first time I’ve completed it without stopping!)
- POP Pilates Muffin Top Meltdown
- POP Pilates Butt Blaster (I only did half because I was DYING from the other workouts)
- Total of about 45 minutes of burn!
Pretty awesome workout! I LOVE POP Pilates! They are so challenging and I sweat like CRAZY! You guys should check them out! I love them because they’re convenient; I don’t even have to leave the room!
9:30 and I’ve already done a workout!? What!? I know! I hate working out in the middle of the day because then I have to shower, and get re-ready for work! Boo! So today I got my lazy butt out of bed super early and did a good morning workout!
Today I did the POP Pilates Butt Blaster and POP Pilates Hot Abs!
