NYE Workout

My boyfriend and his boxer Bella joined us on a walk around Peña Adobe (a lake/hill trail thing). We just went around the lake which is slightly more than a mile, but we also kept running in zig zags, running in the open fields, and we even let them play in the dog park for a while but little Minnie got chicken after a while. It was fun and relaxing and a pretty good workout! We’re all pooped from running all over the place.

Today’s Workout:
  • 50 minutes of weight training
  • 5 minutes of stair master (waiting for an elliptical to open up)
  • 30 minutes on elliptical
  • 20 minutes of stretching

I wish I could’ve done more, but I am so, so tired, physically and mentally. I need some good sleep tonight.
